About The Position

The Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations in the Hermès Las Vegas Wynn boutique. The role supports the client experience and sales team in a fast-paced luxury environment and works collaboratively with sales and selling support teams. The position is temporary and seasonal, begins in November, and continues through December 31. It reports to a member of the store management team. Regular in-person work at a Company-designated location is an essential function. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service in alignment with brand standards and ensure beverage supplies are stocked in partnership with management.
• Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
• Support the sales process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stock room.
• Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
• Keep supplies such as bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, and stationery stocked.
• Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards by straightening and filling in merchandise.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
