Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate, Las Vegas Crystals
About The Position
The Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations at Hermès Las Vegas Crystals Boutique. The role works in a fast-paced luxury environment, supporting the client experience in collaboration with the sales team and selling support teams. The position reports to a member of the store management team and runs from November through December 31st. The associate welcomes clients, identifies their needs, and directs them to the appropriate floor or sales associate. They support beverage service and maintain beverage supplies, provide hospitable services such as offering coloring books to children, and assist the sales team with merchandise and stockroom tasks. They also maintain an organized workstation and selling floor, keep supplies stocked, and uphold merchandise presentation standards. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements

- Ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales.
- Keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked.
- Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards by straightening and filling in merchandise.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
