About The Position

The Hospitality Specialist ensures that coffee is available for team members and guests, kitchens are clean and stocked, and VIP rooms are clean and supplied. The role includes maintaining coffee service throughout the day, responding to coffee-related requests, and supporting training rooms and executive meetings as needed. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, either now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Have coffee ready in each main kitchen by 8 a.m. daily and maintain coffee in all kitchens throughout the day.
• Maintain kitchen stock, including sugar, creamers, utensils, coffee, cups, and towels, on specified floors.
• Wipe down kitchen counters and coffee bars.
• Notify the Leader when kitchen or VIP room supplies are low so additional supplies can be ordered.
• Complete ServiceNow tickets related to coffee requests and setups.
• Keep adequate kitchen supplies stocked under the counters.
• Clean and stock VIP rooms.
• Keep coffee filled in training rooms and executive meetings throughout the day when needed.
