About The Position

Luna Grill is hiring Hospitality Specialists in California, Texas, and Arizona to create memorable guest experiences and keep the front of house running smoothly. The role serves as the face of the restaurant, providing warm, genuine service and helping ensure guests have a seamless experience. Compensation varies by region and market. California locations (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Inland Empire) pay $20.00 per hour, up to $24 per hour with tips. Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas pays $11.00–$13.50 per hour, up to $16 per hour with tips. Mesa, Arizona pays $15.15–$16.50 per hour, up to $19 per hour with tips. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to make guests feel valued and cared for.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
Reliable, hands-on approach and willingness to assist where needed.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests enthusiastically and ensure a seamless experience from greeting through departure.
Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Accurately take and process orders using the POS system.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are correct.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas throughout the shift.
Complete opening and closing tasks and side work.
Handle to-go and phone orders efficiently and attentively.
Support teammates to keep service flowing and guests satisfied.
