About The Position
Luna Grill is hiring Hospitality Specialists in California, Texas, and Arizona to deliver welcoming, attentive service and help keep restaurant front-of-house operations running smoothly. The role centers on creating memorable guest experiences, guiding guests through the menu, processing orders, coordinating with the kitchen, and supporting teammates. Compensation varies by region and market: California (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Inland Empire) pays $20.00 per hour, up to $24 per hour with tips; Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, pays $11.00–$13.50 per hour, up to $16 per hour with tips; and Mesa, Arizona, pays $15.15–$16.50 per hour, up to $19 per hour with tips. The position is suited to guest-focused, energetic team players who can work in a fast-paced environment and bring warmth, reliability, and care to guest interactions. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to help guests feel valued and cared for.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
- Reliable, hands-on approach and willingness to help where needed.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests enthusiastically and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
- Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Keep dining and service areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Complete opening and closing tasks and side work.
- Handle to-go and phone orders efficiently and accurately.
- Support teammates to maintain smooth service and guest satisfaction.
