About The Position

Luna Grill is hiring Hospitality Specialists in California, Texas, and Arizona to create memorable guest experiences and help keep restaurant front-of-house operations running smoothly. The role focuses on delivering warm, attentive service and supporting teammates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Hourly pay varies by market: California locations (LA, Orange County, San Diego, and Inland Empire) pay $16.90–$18.75 per hour, up to $21 per hour with tips; Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas pays $11.00–$13.50 per hour, up to $16 per hour with tips; and Mesa, Arizona pays $15.15–$16.50 per hour, up to $19 per hour with tips. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role or fast-casual restaurant is required.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to make guests feel valued and cared for.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
Reliability and willingness to take a hands-on approach and assist where needed.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests enthusiastically and provide a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Explain menu items, answer guest questions, and make recommendations.
Accurately take and process orders using the POS system.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are correct.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Keep dining and service areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
Complete opening and closing tasks and other side work.
Handle to-go and phone orders efficiently and attentively.
Support teammates to maintain smooth service and guest satisfaction.
