About The Position

Luna Grill is hiring Hospitality Specialists in California, Texas, and Arizona to create memorable guest experiences and help keep front-of-house service running smoothly. The role involves welcoming guests, helping them with the menu, taking and processing orders, coordinating with the kitchen, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining clean, organized service areas. Specialists also handle to-go and phone orders, complete opening and closing tasks, and support teammates to keep service flowing.

Compensation varies by region and market: California locations (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Inland Empire) pay $20.00 per hour, up to $24 per hour with tips; Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas pays $11.00–$13.50 per hour, up to $16 per hour with tips; and Mesa, Arizona pays $15.15–$16.50 per hour, up to $19 per hour with tips.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to make guests feel valued and cared for.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Reliable, hands-on approach and willingness to help where needed.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests enthusiastically and provide a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are correct.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas throughout the shift.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and side work.
• Handle to-go and phone orders efficiently and accurately.
• Support teammates to keep service flowing and guests satisfied.
