Schedules may include mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and special events. As a Hospitality Associate – Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, or supporting guests, patients, and visitors, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service. Requirements

Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and calm in fast paced environments
Works well independently and as part of a team
Able to work evenings and/or weekends
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)

Responsibilities

Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles
Create positive first and last impressions
Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality
Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, and service-related needs
Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately
