About The Position
The Hospitality Assistant observes and performs support services appropriate to the specific nursing unit under the supervision of the team lead. The role assists patients with non-direct-care needs, maintains patient rooms and the work area in a clean and orderly manner, distributes clean linens, collects bags and soiled linens, and runs errands. The assistant also functions as a patient companion when assigned.
