About The Position

The Hospitality Aide supports residents’ daily care by assisting the nursing department with non-clinical tasks and helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role includes supporting meals and activities, assisting with laundry, and observing and reporting concerns that may require management or nursing attention. Success requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and safety standards.
Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs.
Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
Follow the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
