About The Position

The Hospitality Aide supports residents’ daily care through non-clinical assistance and helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role involves supporting nursing services, meal preparation and delivery, encouraging residents to participate in activities, maintaining resident rooms and common areas, assisting with laundry, and reporting concerns or safety issues. Success requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including making beds, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs.
• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
