About The Position
The Hospitality Aide supports residents in skilled nursing facilities by providing concierge services. This is a non-clinical role. The aide may not feed residents or provide hands-on care. The position requires a high school diploma or GED. The employee must enroll in a CNA training class within 90 days of hire and become state-certified as a CNA within six months of hire; employment will be terminated if certification is not obtained by then. Applicants must be willing and qualified to complete the required state CNA training class and pass the certification exam.

Nice To Haves
- Willingness and qualification to complete a state-required Certified Nursing Assistant training class and pass the certification exam.
Responsibilities
- Make beds and provide supplemental housekeeping support by keeping resident rooms neat and orderly.
- Assist CNAs by passing ice, distributing meal trays, and answering call lights. Do not feed residents or provide hands-on care.
- Assist the Activities Department by pushing residents in wheelchairs to activities within the healthcare center.
