About The Position

The Hospitality Aide supports residents’ daily care and helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role assists the nursing department with non-clinical tasks, supports meal service and resident activities, maintains resident rooms and common areas, and helps with laundry. The Hospitality Aide follows applicable resident rights and safety policies, observes and reports concerns, and performs other non-clinical duties that support facility operations. Success requires dependability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Assist the nursing department with non-clinical tasks, including making beds, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and safety standards.
Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs.
Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
