About The Position

The Hospitality Aide supports residents’ daily care and helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The position assists the nursing department with non-clinical tasks, supports meal service, encourages residents’ participation in activities, maintains resident rooms and common areas, and helps with laundry. The role calls for reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including making beds, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs.
• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
