About The Position
This position primarily serves as a clinical supervisor for hospital services and assures delivery of age-appropriate care. The role functions as the in-house hospital administrator and communicates problems to hospital leadership as applicable. Responsibilities span program planning, human resource management, financial management, quality assurance, staff development, and collaboration with medical staff, hospital leadership, hospital departments, and external agencies.
Requirements
- ADN or higher.
- Unrestricted North Carolina RN license, or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Health Care Provider certification.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- 3–5 years of clinical experience.
Responsibilities
