About The Position

Agiliti is a nationwide company of medical equipment management experts serving hospitals, healthcare facilities, and local service centers. The Hospital Service Technician manages equipment within the hospital to keep it flowing efficiently and supports continual improvement in product quality, reliability, value, and service efficiency. The role maintains professional relationships with hospital staff and serves as a subject-matter expert in customer service. The position is part-time, working 29 hours per week on the second shift at Children's Hospital Los Angeles in Los Angeles, California. The stated pay range is $25.00–$29.20. The actual offer may depend on location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and other related factors. Short- and/or long-term incentives may be provided depending on the position offered.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience.
Basic computer skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition, with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
Communicate confidently with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
Provide quality service, perform to quality standards, and meet customer and company metrics.
Pick up, clean, and process equipment for patient-ready use in accordance with company and hospital protocols.
Maintain professional relationships with hospital staff and other personnel.
