About The Position

The Hospital Service Technician is responsible for managing medical equipment within the hospital to keep it flowing efficiently. The role supports continual improvement in the quality, reliability, and value of products and the efficiency of services. The technician maintains professional relationships with hospital staff and other personnel and serves as a subject-matter expert in customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with holidays required. The position is based at Integris Grove in Grove, Oklahoma, with Integris Miami listed as an additional location. Pay is $16.50 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience.
Basic computer skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch or squat, kneel or crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition, with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
Communicate confidently with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
Provide quality service, meet quality standards, and achieve customer and company metrics.
Pick up, clean, and process equipment for patient-ready use in accordance with company and hospital protocols.
