About The Position

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate cleans areas of the facility in accordance with expectations set by the center’s leadership team. The role supports a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare.
• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a service-related field.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation expectations.
• Maintain Environmental Services uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership on recommendations to improve the patient experience.
• Identify under-serviced or unserviced areas and determine how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Use supplies and resources correctly to eliminate waste.
