About The Position

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the center’s leadership team. The role supports safety, sanitation, and the patient experience while using supplies and resources effectively.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of experience in healthcare.
One or more years of experience in housekeeping or a service-related field.

Responsibilities

Adhere to safety and sanitation expectations.
Maintain Environmental Services uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
Report hazards and unsafe work conditions.
Collaborate with leadership on recommendations to improve the patient experience.
Identify under-serviced or un-serviced areas and determine how services can be provided.
Adapt cleaning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the center.
Use supplies and resources correctly to eliminate waste.
