Hospital Housekeeper

About The Position

Responsible for cleaning clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility in accordance with departmental and hospital policy. The role also performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor, follows safety and sanitation policies, and adheres to procedures for storing, handling, and disposing of regulated medical waste (RMW), hazardous materials, solid waste, and linen. The housekeeper must maintain Environmental Services uniform and personal appearance standards and report hazards and unsafe work conditions.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
One or more years of healthcare experience preferred.
One or more years of housekeeping or service-related experience preferred.
