About The Position

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate and experienced In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarians to serve pet families in Millcreek, Kearns, and Taylorsville, Utah. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice veterinary medicine without the pressures of a traditional waiting room, double-booked appointments, or corporate production dashboards. You will have the dedicated time needed to provide compassionate end-of-life care. As a privately held, family-owned, and doctor-led practice, Heartstrings Pet Hospice does not utilize non-compete contracts, ensuring your career freedom. This position is ideal for veterinarians who excel at difficult conversations and find deep meaning in providing end-of-life care, offering a slower pace than general or emergency practice, and welcoming those returning to practice or seeking a schedule that accommodates family life.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD/BVMS
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to Work Independently in a Mobile Environment
• Ability to Lift up to 45 lbs Unassisted
• Professional Communication to Team & Families
