About The Position
Heartstrings Pet Hospice is hiring In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarians to serve pet families across Riverside, Moreno Valley, Jurupa Valley & Calimesa - California. This role offers a unique practice environment with no waiting rooms, no double-booked appointments, and no corporate production dashboards. The focus is on providing compassionate end-of-life care with adequate time for each appointment. The practice is privately held, family-owned, and doctor-led, and importantly, does not use non-compete contracts, allowing veterinarians to build their careers freely. This position is ideal for experienced veterinarians seeking a less demanding pace than general or emergency practice, those returning to work, or those needing to build a schedule around family commitments.
Requirements
- DVM/VMD/BVMS
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to Work Independently in a Mobile Environment
- Weekend Availability (Rotational)
- Ability to Lift up to 45 lbs Unassisted
- Professional Communication to Team & Families
