About The Position

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is hiring In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarians to serve pet families across Benbrook, Everman, and Saginaw, Texas. This role offers a unique practice environment free from waiting rooms, double-booked appointments, and corporate production dashboards. The focus is on providing compassionate end-of-life care with adequate time for each appointment. The practice is privately held, family-owned, and doctor-led, and importantly, does not utilize non-compete contracts, allowing veterinarians career freedom. This position is ideal for experienced veterinarians seeking a less demanding pace than general or emergency practice, those returning to work, or those needing to build a schedule around family commitments.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to Work Independently in a Mobile Environment
• Weekend Availability (Rotational)
• Ability to Lift up to 45 lbs Unassisted
• Exude Compassion, Dignity & Respect to ALL
• Professional Communication to Team & Families

Responsibilities

• Serve pet families across Benbrook, Everman, and Saginaw, Texas.
• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services.
