About The Position

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarians to serve pet families in Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice veterinary medicine without the typical constraints of a waiting room, double-booked appointments, or a corporate production dashboard. The focus is on providing compassionate end-of-life care with adequate time for each patient and family. Heartstrings Pet Hospice is a privately held, family-owned, and doctor-led practice that explicitly does not use non-compete contracts, ensuring veterinarians have career freedom.

Requirements

  • DVM/VMD/BVMS degree
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
  • Weekend availability (rotational)
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities
