About The Position

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarians to serve pet families across Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers a unique practice environment free from waiting rooms, double-booked appointments, and corporate production dashboards, allowing veterinarians to focus on providing compassionate end-of-life care. The practice is privately held, family-owned, and doctor-led, emphasizing a commitment to not using non-compete contracts, ensuring veterinarians have career freedom. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling difficult conversations and seeks a more meaningful pace than general or emergency practice, or is looking to build a schedule around family commitments.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD/BVMS
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to Work Independently in a Mobile Environment
• Weekend Availability (Rotational)
• Ability to Lift up to 45 lbs Unassisted
• Professional Communication to Team & Families
