About The Position

The Hospice Sales Liaison develops and maintains referral-source relationships across an assigned market and represents hospice services to referral partners, patients, families, and community partners. The role identifies new referral opportunities and strengthens existing accounts through outside sales activity. It works with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care. Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience is required. Local market knowledge, job stability, and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.

Requirements

Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience.
Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
Local market knowledge, job stability, and proven, verifiable performance.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development, or referral-development experience is strongly preferred.
Established local contacts/referral sources are strongly preferred.
Familiarity with CRM/contact management software is preferred.
