About The Position

Seasons Hospice is seeking an exceptional Marketing & Community Relations professional to join their team in Muskogee. This role focuses on building genuine relationships within the community to connect more patients and families with compassionate hospice care. It is an active, out-in-the-community position rather than a desk-bound marketing role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, relationship-driven, and motivated by making a meaningful impact beyond sales numbers.

Requirements

• Naturally outgoing and comfortable starting conversations and developing new relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Persistent and confident without losing the personal touch.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Comfortable developing new business and being accountable for measurable growth.
• Knowledgeable about the local healthcare community or excited to learn it.
• Passionate about representing an organization whose work truly matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Hospice experience is especially valuable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare partners.
• Build relationships with new referral sources while continuing to nurture existing partnerships.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and the support provided to patients and families.
• Identify opportunities for growth within the market and develop creative strategies to reach new referral partners.
• Represent Seasons Hospice at community events, networking opportunities, meetings, and professional gatherings.
• Stay connected to the needs of referral partners and ensure they receive exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Work closely with agency leadership and the clinical team to support census and organizational growth.
• Track marketing efforts, referral activity, market opportunities, and results.
• Serve as a knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic ambassador for Seasons Hospice throughout the community.
