Hospice LPN Night Shift
About The Position
The Hospice Crisis Care LPN provides care for patients and families in homes and facilities under the direction and supervision of an RN. The role provides one-to-one bedside care for patients who are actively declining and requires driving to patients in the Dayton/Springfield area. This is a full-time night-shift position, listed as 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Ohio’s Hospice’s mission is to celebrate the lives of those it serves by providing superior care and services to each patient and family. Requirements
- Be a Registered LPN in the State of Ohio with no board actions.
- CPR certification.
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- State minimum automobile insurance coverage.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass a 10-panel drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- One year of nursing experience is preferred.
