About The Position

The Hospice Account Executive is a customer-facing, outside sales role responsible for generating admissions and growing patient census in a designated territory. The role involves selling, growing, and marketing clinical programs and outcomes to help Elara Caring become a leading provider of care in its communities. The Account Executive works with a wide range of medical professionals to connect eligible patients and families with Elara Caring’s in-home care. Elara provides training and ongoing coaching on its Value and Go To Market Sales Strategy, along with data, technology, and resources to support the sales team.

Requirements

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with teams.
Proven sales acumen and results.
Understands how referral sources make decisions and identifies decision makers.
Skilled in problem solving and providing solutions to patient and business needs.
Confident interacting with healthcare professionals at all levels.
Adaptable, enthusiastic, and willing to cooperate while working with others or in place of others.
Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance as required by state law.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business.
Post-acute or DME sales experience.
