About The Position

UChange Home Care is expanding its team and hiring Homemakers / Caregivers for in-home assignments in Joliet, IL. They are looking for reliable individuals who want steady part-time work, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of the people they serve. Since 2009, UChange Home Care has proudly provided care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. They offer dependable schedules, clear communication, and supportive leadership. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Smartphone capable of handling care documentation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience
• CNA or HHA certification (training available for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Keeping the client’s home clean and safe
• Using a mobile app to clock in and document care
• Communicating effectively with our office team
• Maintaining dependable attendance and professional conduct
