Immediate Start Caregiver | CNA | In-Home Care
About The Position
Always There In-Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and responsible Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care to clients in their homes. The role provides respectful, dependable care tailored to each client's individual needs and care plan, supporting clients' dignity, independence, safety, and well-being. Caregivers may assist with daily living and personal care, meals, medication reminders where permitted, light housekeeping related to care, companionship, and transportation or errands. Employees observe and communicate changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team member and follow care plans, company policies, and client-specific instructions. Caregiving experience is preferred; CNA certification is required for CNA positions. The role is located in Birmingham, Alabama, and pays $13.00–$15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Assist with toileting and incontinence care.
- Support client mobility and transfers.
- Prepare meals and assist clients with meals.
- Provide medication reminders as permitted by applicable regulations and the client's care plan.
- Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care.
- Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
- Provide transportation or run errands for clients when needed or requested.
- Follow each client's individualized care plan, company policies, and client-specific instructions.
- Observe and communicate changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
- Promote clients' dignity, independence, safety, and well-being.
