About The Position

Companion at Home is a family-owned and operated Oklahoma company with more than 22 years of home-care experience and more than 50 years in senior healthcare. The company hires caregivers to provide care for seniors in their own homes. Applicants who do not yet have a CNA license can earn one through a class whose cost is covered by the company, and they are paid while attending. Part-time and full-time hours are available. Pay is $14.50–$16.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for nights and weekends. The position also offers mileage reimbursement, paid travel time between clients, on-call program incentives, paid yearly training, and additional pay for Dementia Certification.

Caregivers provide customer-focused support with seniors’ daily routines, personal care, light housekeeping, meals, and transportation. They also keep nurses updated about clients’ well-being. Requirements

• Customer-service-oriented attitude and energy.
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and agency-required auto liability insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to seniors in their homes with a positive attitude.
