About The Position

Always There In-Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care to clients in their homes. Care is delivered respectfully and reliably according to each client’s individual needs and care plan, with a focus on dignity, independence, safety, and well-being. Caregiving experience is preferred; CNA certification is required for CNA positions.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide toileting and incontinence care.
Assist with mobility and transfers.
Prepare meals and assist clients with meals.
Provide medication reminders as permitted by applicable regulations and the client’s care plan.
Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
Provide transportation or run errands for clients when needed or requested.
Follow each client’s individualized care plan.
Observe and communicate changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
Promote each client’s dignity, independence, safety, and well-being.
