About The Position

Griswold Home Care is hiring a Live In Caregiver to support clients and their families in maintaining independence and peace of mind. The caregiver becomes an integral part of each client’s support system and assists with activities of daily living and other in-home care needs. Paid orientation, training, and continuing education are offered, along with weekly pay and referral and recognition bonuses.

Requirements

• Empathetic, positive attitude and compassion for others.
• Great communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to pass criminal background checks.
• At least two professional references who can speak to caregiving experience or work history.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• HHA or CNA credential preferred.
• Dementia or Alzheimer’s care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming.
• Provide home care and light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Complete documentation.
• Provide personal care and companion care.
