About The Position
Masonicare at Home is a non-medical homecare agency hiring caregivers and homemakers for live-in or hourly live-out assignments throughout Connecticut. Live-in caregivers provide one-on-one care to clients for varying periods, from a few days to several years. Clients may be based in Masonicare facilities or in the community. Care may help clients after hospital or rehabilitation discharge, during hospice or end-of-life care, with Alzheimer’s care and monitoring, or to remain safe and independent at home or in an assisted or independent living setting. Live-in caregivers earn $261 per day. The posting also lists a per-diem rate of $282 per day and an hourly pay range of $15–$16, with pay within the range based on experience. Hourly services require a three-hour minimum. Assignments are described as 24/7, with time off provided on request. The agency provides training and has cases available now.
