About The Position

Abcor Home Health is hiring a Homecare Aide to provide personalized in-home support to clients according to their individualized care plans. The role includes assistance with daily living, transportation, light housekeeping, shopping and errands, documenting services, and communicating changes in clients’ conditions to the branch supervisor. The posting offers full-time and part-time schedules, with pay of $19.00–$19.75 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or at least one year of caregiving employment experience.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable car.
• Completion of 24 hours of pre-service training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Transport and escort clients to medical appointments and social outings as needed.
• Provide personalized services based on each client’s individualized care plan.
• Promote client safety and well-being and promptly report changes in condition to the branch supervisor.
• Complete visits and document daily services using the company’s proprietary home care application.
• Provide receipts and documentation for essential shopping and errands.
• Complete 12 hours of annual in-service training and attend quarterly conferences with the branch supervisor.
