About The Position

The Home National Team (HNT) supports patients and teammates involved in home dialysis. The Strategy, HHD Operations, Launch and Cost Innovations Lane is seeking an organized, collaborative teammate to support implementation, project management, and analytics for a variety of Home initiatives. The role works across initiatives and interacts with analysts, managers, and directors. It reports to a Sr. Director, Home Strategy and Operations for DaVita at Home. The position collects and analyzes project data, develops reports and dashboards, coordinates pilots and large-scale implementations, and supports project communications, training, approvals, and post-launch monitoring. Additional work may support Home Hemodialysis (HHD), initiative deployments, asset management, cost-savings analytics, strategy implementation, and competitive intelligence. The role is based out of Denver HQ and follows an office-oriented hybrid schedule, with at least one day per week in the office.

Requirements

2–3+ years of professional experience in project management, business analysis, operations, or corporate strategy/consulting.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant/equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, tracking cross-functional deliverables, and coordinating pilot rollouts or operational initiatives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate datasets, track metrics, and maintain project reports and dashboards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience developing presentations and synthesizing insights for leadership and field stakeholders.
Ability to anticipate operational challenges, navigate ambiguity, and proactively adapt project plans.
Ability to work in an office-oriented hybrid schedule based out of Denver HQ (Casa del Mundo), with at least one day per week in the office.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and report program and project data.
Collaborate with Home stakeholders to define data needed to monitor and evaluate projects, and develop data collection methods.
Develop and update reports for Home leadership and field operators to communicate progress and drive adoption.
Develop and update project dashboards for senior leadership.
Analyze data to answer questions, demonstrate project progress, and evaluate defined outcome measures.
Manage SharePoint access and update reports in SharePoint.
Interface with field teammates to solve problems and respond to operational and reporting questions.
Complete ad hoc analytics requests to support operations and decision-making.
Coordinate and manage implementation of pilot programs and large-scale projects.
Develop project plans and timelines for pilots and large-scale implementations across Home dialysis programs in the U.S.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define deliverables and manage work to meet them on time.
Coordinate and monitor internal approvals needed to proceed with pilots and large-scale projects.
Develop launch materials for Home initiatives, including handouts, PowerPoint presentations, graphs, and charts.
Manage legal and compliance document approvals and maintain an updated database of approved initiative materials.
Provide outreach and support to clinic teammates around pilots and projects.
Help business owners evaluate initiative ROI.
Design slides that communicate initiative insights and stories to internal audiences.
Deliver program and project trainings to clinic teammates and leaders.
Support post-launch monitoring of teammate and leadership feedback.
Develop presentations and content for leaders on initiative and project progress and outcomes.
Provide general project management and analytics support for ad hoc projects across the Strategy, HHD Operations Lane.
