About The Position

Albertsons Companies is seeking a team-focused Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily digital fulfillment operations and support a seamless shopping experience. The role oversees accurate and timely order completion, customer service, and operational performance while helping drive digital sales growth in a fast-paced, hands-on store environment.

The manager coordinates the full fulfillment process, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable. They monitor performance metrics, plan staffing and schedules around order volume, partner with other department leaders on inventory availability, and hire, train, coach, and develop associates. The role also ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, safety, and company operational standards.

The position requires flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. It involves lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying temperature environments. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations to ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
• Review performance data and take corrective action.
• Follow company safety policies and the Code of Business Conduct.
