In Home Sales Consultant - Bathroom Remodeling
About The Position
This is a career opportunity for proven salespeople who are looking to work with pre-qualified homeowners. The company provides a consultative sales process and teaches the product, focusing on hiring individuals with strong character. The role involves running the entire sale from understanding the home and budget to building solutions and closing deals at the customer's kitchen table. No remodeling experience is required, as the company emphasizes character over specific industry knowledge. The position is field-based and appointment-driven, requiring some evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are typically available.
Requirements
- Strong, steady, and personable demeanor.
- Ability to build value calmly and earn the 'yes' honestly.
- Experience in Automotive F&I, finance, or business management (menu selling, closing on trust).
- Experience in Automotive, RV, marine, or powersports sales.
- Experience in other in-home or one-call-close sales (solar, security systems, etc.).
- Any high-trust, consultative, commission sales background.
- Experience that has outgrown a back-office finance role or a showroom floor.
- Ability to own the whole customer relationship.
Nice To Haves
- Remodeling experience is not required.

- Drive to pre-set, qualified, in-home appointments with homeowners.
