About The Position

Rapid Bath Remodel is seeking an experienced Bathroom Remodeler / Lead Installer for residential bathroom remodeling projects in the St. Louis, Missouri area and surrounding communities. The installer will lead projects from preparation through completion, performing demolition and installing tubs, showers, wall systems, fixtures, and other bathroom components. Experience with acrylic wall systems is highly desirable.

The role requires representing the company in homeowners’ homes, communicating professionally with customers, and maintaining careful attention to craftsmanship and detail. The installer will document the installation process, provide photographic updates to internal support staff, and ensure completed work meets company quality standards and manufacturer guidelines.

The position offers competitive pay of $85,000–$120,000 per year, consistent year-round work, ongoing project opportunities, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Previous bathroom remodeling or construction experience.
• Experience with plumbing, carpentry, tile, or acrylic systems.
• Own hand tools and power tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to residential worksites throughout the St. Louis area and surrounding communities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in residential environments.
• Willingness to participate in a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead bathroom remodeling projects from preparation through completion.
