About The Position

Join Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, and deliver specialty medication care to patients in their homes. The role involves administering infusion therapies, coordinating with pharmacists and care teams, and building relationships with patients to support positive health outcomes. The nurse works autonomously in clinical decision-making and serves as a key contact for patient updates and care coordination. The role requires a 40-hour workweek, with evenings and weekends as needed, and travel within a large geographic region. For occasional or permanent work from home, an internet connection through cable broadband or fiber service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required. The anticipated hourly rate is $42–$70, depending on relevant factors such as experience and geographic location; the role is also anticipated to be eligible for an annual bonus plan.

Requirements

Hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
Have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
Have at least 1 year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
Be proficient in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
Have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within a large geographic region.
Be available for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

Responsibilities
