About The Position

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Specialty Home Infusion Field Nurse to provide care to patients in their homes. The nurse administers specialty medications, including IV infusions, and works with pharmacists and care teams to support patients’ overall well-being. The role involves documenting assessments, treatments, and progress; coordinating care and communicating patient updates; and exercising independent clinical judgment to achieve positive outcomes. The position is based in Macon, Georgia, and requires availability for a 32-hour workweek, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of practice.
At least 1 year of experience in hospital acute care or home healthcare.
Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
Availability for a 32-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

2 or more years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting.
Critical care experience.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

Responsibilities
