About The Position

Join Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse. The role delivers specialty medication care, including IV infusion, to patients in their homes. Nurses work with pharmacists and care teams, coordinate patient care, maintain accurate records, and use independent clinical judgment to support positive health outcomes. The position requires a 40-hour workweek, with evenings and weekends as needed, and travel within a large geographic region. The anticipated hourly rate is $42–$70, depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location. The role is also anticipated to be eligible for an annual bonus plan.

Requirements

• Maintain an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Be proficient in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Be available for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively administer specialty medications, including IV infusions, in patients’ homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to support patients’ holistic well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress in accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Use autonomous clinical decision-making to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
