About The Position
Handyman Connection of Mason is seeking an experienced salesperson to meet with homeowners, understand their project needs, present clear proposals, and close sales for various home improvement projects including decks, bathrooms, carpentry, painting, and home repairs. The role involves using Jobber software and a master price list for consistent quoting and customer management. This is a commission-based opportunity, offered as either full-time or part-time, serving homeowners in the Greater Cincinnati area. The franchise itself contracts with skilled craftsmen to deliver quality work and professional service.
Requirements
- Experience selling home improvement or remodeling projects in customers’ homes.
- An established closing rate and a track record that can be discussed.
- Ability to write detailed scopes of work.
- Ability to explain proposals clearly.
- Confidence addressing objections.
- Confidence following up with prospective customers.
- Comfort using software to manage quotes and customer communication.
