About The Position

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This commission-based role offers training and growth opportunities for individuals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals. While gutter experience is not required, the ideal candidate will be confident talking with homeowners, motivated to close sales, and eager to learn and grow with the company. Training will be provided on gutter systems, products, estimating, pricing, customer service, and the sales process.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a commission-based sales position
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Confident presenting estimates and closing sales
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable using a phone, tablet, and sales/estimating software
• Willing to learn our products and systems
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Team player who wants to grow with the company
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required

Nice To Haves

• Home improvement, construction, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or similar in-home sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled gutter estimates
• Inspect homes and determine the customer's gutter needs
• Measure and prepare accurate estimates
• Explain gutter options, products, colors, and recommended solutions
• Present estimates and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up with customers who have not yet made a decision
• Build relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
• Maintain accurate notes and sales activity in our system
• Communicate with the office and installation teams
• Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills
