About The Position

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is growing and seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals. This role offers the opportunity to earn based on performance while building a long-term career. Gutter experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided on our gutter systems, products, estimating process, pricing, customer service standards, and sales process. We are looking for someone confident talking with homeowners, motivated to close sales, and ready to grow with the company.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, construction, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or similar in-home sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a commission-based sales position
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Confident presenting estimates and closing sales
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable using a phone, tablet, and sales/estimating software
• Willing to learn our products and systems
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Team player who wants to grow with the company
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled gutter estimates
• Inspect homes and determine the customer's gutter needs
• Measure and prepare accurate estimates
• Explain gutter options, products, colors, and recommended solutions
• Present estimates and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up with customers who have not yet made a decision
• Build relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
• Maintain accurate notes and sales activity in our system
• Communicate with the office and installation teams
• Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills
