About The Position

Handyman Connection of Mason is seeking an experienced salesperson to meet with homeowners, understand their project needs, present proposals, and close sales for various home improvement projects including decks, bathrooms, carpentry, painting, and home repairs. The role utilizes Jobber software and a master price list for creating quotes and managing customer information. This is a commission-based opportunity that can be either full-time or part-time, serving homeowners in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Requirements

• Experience selling home improvement or remodeling projects in customers’ homes
• An established closing rate and a track record that can be discussed
• The ability to write detailed scopes of work
• The ability to explain proposals clearly
• Confidence addressing objections
• Confidence following up with prospective customers
• Comfort using software to manage quotes and customer communication

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective customers in their homes to discuss projects such as decks, bathrooms, carpentry, painting, and home repairs.
• Understand customer project needs and present clear proposals.
• Close sales for home improvement projects.
• Prepare consistent quotes using Jobber and a master price list.
• Keep customer information, proposals, and follow-up organized.
• Address objections and follow up with prospective customers.
