About The Position

A Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating quality improvement activities, including collecting and monitoring data related to clinical performance. The position assists with employee education and survey preparation and performs record audits as required to ensure accurate revenue capture and compliance with coding standards. In collaboration with the Clinical Team Leader/Director, the Supervisor supports clinicians and provides consistent coverage for the clinical office. The role ensures compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
• Current BCLS certification.
• At least three years of nursing experience.
• Ability to communicate well, work with others, and maintain a professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• One to three years of experience in home health or a related program, preferably with expertise in clinical or coverage issues.
• Continuing education is strongly suggested.
