Suru Network is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants to provide mobile outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes. Clinicians may continue treating appropriate patients after discharge from home health and may also be notified when other patients become available in their service area. Clinicians decide whether to accept or decline each opportunity. Treatment can involve longer episodes and higher-frequency visits than traditional home health commonly allows, supporting continuity of care and a more consistent mobile caseload. Suru manages patient intake, insurance eligibility, telehealth evaluations, and billing. Follow-up care is generally handed back to the clinician within three days after the patient is ready. Visit notes can usually be submitted by voice recording in about one minute. Clinicians are paid per completed eligible visit, with Suru aiming to match their current home-health or per-visit rate, and payment is made by weekly direct deposit. This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity, not employment with a home health agency. Onboarding is completed through the Suru mobile app or web app, which collects professional and business information, service area, availability, and desired rate. Before treating patients, clinicians must have an active California professional license and a local business license. An LLC is not required. Referrals are optional and unpaid; they do not guarantee or prioritize assignments, patients choose their provider, and Suru does not pay for referrals.
