Suru Network is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants to join its network of clinicians providing mobile outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes. The role offers opportunities to continue care for appropriate patients after home-health discharge and to accept additional cases in the clinician’s service area. Patients may receive higher-frequency visits and longer treatment episodes than traditional home health commonly allows. Clinicians choose whether to accept or decline each available case and manage flexible scheduling and care delivery. Suru handles intake, insurance eligibility checks, telehealth evaluations, and billing. Visit notes can usually be submitted by voice recording. Clinicians are paid for each completed eligible visit, with pay intended to match their current home-health or per-visit rate where possible, and payment is made by weekly direct deposit. This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity. Onboarding is through Suru’s mobile or web app and collects professional and business information, service area, availability, and desired rate. An active California professional license and local business license are required before treating patients; an LLC is not required. Patient referrals are optional and unpaid, do not guarantee or prioritize assignments, and patients remain free to choose their provider.
